Welcome to Invarah House,
Peer Advisory for Women in Business.

Who we are

Women who are invited to take a seat at our table are mid-stride. Established. Still moving.

Women who lead companies, sit on boards, advise, build, and shape what comes next. Often carrying decisions with real weight and lacking the diverse thinking to move quickly.

A raise, a board seat, a business changing shape, a name becoming known.

Imagine moving through the next part of your journey with trusted peers advising you at every step. We know too well, that often in business, ambitious women who lead can be isolated in the big decisions.

Invarah House is designed to expand thinking, open doors, and unlock the fourth option that hasn't yet been considered.

What we stand for

Invarah is built on the foundations of five key pillars.

Each pillar shapes how we think, how we lead, and how we hold one another in the room.

01
Discernment

Our highest value. The quality of a woman's life, leadership and business is shaped by the quality of her judgement. We choose thoughtful consideration over reaction, and intentional decisions over impulsive ones.

02
Truth with compassion

Honesty is the greatest respect we can offer one another. Truth is spoken with kindness, received with openness, and always in service of growth.

03
Collective wisdom

Wisdom is created through the meeting of different lives and different experience. We remain curious before we are certain. Invarah is strong because we think better together.

04
Meaningful ambition

Ambition is something to be celebrated, not apologised for. Financial fulfilment, influence and contribution are worthy pursuits, and one woman's success never diminishes another's.

05
Stewardship

No single person creates the calibre of Invarah. We all do. We protect the trust placed in us, and we leave every room stronger than we found it.

Katie Keith, Founder of Invarah House
Meet Katie

Founded by a woman who has
led at this level herself.

Katie brings 27 years in industry across commercial strategy, business growth and behavioural change. She is a Henley-trained Masters Coach and systemic change practitioner.

Katie understands the women inside this room because she is one of them. She knows what it means to carry serious business decisions and a bigger vision at the same time.

Katie works directly with the founding circle and holds the standard the whole House is built to.

The Advisors

Led by women who have built
what they now advise on.

Every room in the House is led by a woman with decades of real industry behind her. Women who have founded, scaled, sat on boards, and made the decisions our members are making now.

How we work

A curated Circle experience.

Financial fulfilment is never just about money. It is shaped by confidence, visibility, decision-making, capacity, relationships and the environments we choose to grow inside.

The Work
The Woman –
Awareness Before Expansion

Identity, emotional awareness, invisible handbrakes, confidence and self-trust. Expansion begins here.

The Work
The Business –
Commercial Clarity & Strategic Expansion

Commercial clarity, strategic positioning, offers, visibility and higher-margin growth. Real movement, real results.

The Work
The System –
Releasing What No Longer Fits

Boundaries, alignment, capacity, relationships and the environments that either constrain or expand what becomes possible.

Orla Bance
From the room
The Founding Circle with Katie Keith has genuinely become a cornerstone of both my business and personal development each month. Creating space to think differently, challenge perspectives, expand ideas and, importantly, realise growth in ways that often go far beyond strategy alone.

What we do

Two ways into the House.

Circle One
The Expansion Circle

A six-week intensive, designed to open up thinking across the woman, the business and the system, in real time.

Women bring to Expansion the one big thing they've been circling for a while, the thing that will unlock what comes next. Unlocking more income. Launching a new product. Shifting identity. Rebranding. A new strategy for the year ahead.

Small, curated, and led by women with decades of industry experience. Membership is by application and conversation.
Circle Two
The Advisory Circle

For women leading at scale. The work here is impact, standing, and influence: the decisions that shape a business, a board, an industry, worked through with true peers under Chatham House rules.

A space to think at the level your role demands, with women who understand exactly what it costs to lead at this level, and what it could unlock.

Small, curated, and led by women with decades of industry experience. Membership is by application and conversation.

Both are small, curated, and led by women with decades of industry experience. Membership is by application and conversation.

From the room
What Katie has created is genuinely special, a trusted space to discuss challenges, test ideas and learn from one another. The culture of honest, constructive conversation comes directly from the way she leads and the environment she has built.
